Our Policy
SafeHaven Bed Deposit and Payment Policy
- Bed Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable $250 fee will be applied if you do not occupy your secured bed within 14 days of making a deposit. This applies even if your placement is denied by any governmental, correctional, or judicial agency. - Bed Hold Terms:
SafeHaven will hold a bed space for up to 14 days with a deposit unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing prior to payment.
Please note: Accepted applicants are not guaranteed a bed unless a deposit has been made. Applicants without a deposit may be bumped by others who have secured their spot with a deposit. - Program Commitment:
SafeHaven operates in six (6) month increments. All payments made toward your stay are considered a commitment to a six-month block.
If you leave early—whether voluntarily or by dismissal—no refund will be issued. However, if you reapply and are accepted back into the program, your previous payment may be credited toward your continued stay. - Refund Policy:
Any unused funds beyond the end of your six-month block will be refunded.
