Acceptance to safehaven and refund POLICY
Our Policy
Monies paid toward securing a bed at Safehaven will be subject to $250 fee if you do not take the bed within 14 days. This includes if you are not approved to come to Safehaven by any governmental, correctional or judicial agency. Safehaven will hold bed space for two weeks (14) days with a Deposit unless agreed to in writing prior to making a deposit. Accepted applicants will be held a bedspace but are subject to being bumped by applicants who have placed a deposit.
Safehaven is a six (6) month incremental facilty. Your stay is made in six (6) month increments (or blocks of time). This means that many money paid toward staying at Safehaven will go toward this commitment. If you are dismissed or voluntarily leave prior to completion of this committment no refund will be made. However, if you reapply and are accepted this money can be used toward continuing the program.
Any monies that are paid and have not been used beyond your six month "block" or commitment will be refunded.
